Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

Custom & Limited Items

Custom-made items and items made from limited or one-off fabrics are non-returnable, unless faulty.

 

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or used.
